| I am interested in researching my biological father, J.D. Chambers. I don't have much information about him except he had two sons, Bill and David, and one daughter, Patricia. I had a different biological mother than these three. My mother is Vernelle Head Durham. She married a wonderful man, Vernon Richard Durham. My daughter and I would like to know where the Chambers originated and if there are other relatives we would like to meet or if they would like to meet us. My daughter is Shannon Crawford and she lives in Anderson, SC. We understand that J.D. (Jimmy) Chambers was a song writer and had a wonderful relationship with Gene Autry. He was married to Jeanette Jones Chambers before her death. Any help I can get in starting would beost helpful. Thank you!!!!! LaVerne Zimmerman |
