| I am new to Geneology, but have become really interested! I am looking for information on Miles MCGRAIL, who lived in Centralia, Washington and immigrated to the US in the late 1800's from Ireland. He was the Police Chief there for a while. He married Eleanor Rose FOLEY, and they had three children, Francis, Elizabeth and Oswald ( my father). There were several brothers of Miles, including a John, Martin and others. One ran a Hotel in Calistoga, California in about the 1920's. Mary FOLEY married Frank BEGLIN. Also, MANNINGS and TURNERS, SOWARD, SEARLES and HOUEK from Kansas and Iowa, ZIMMERS and ALLENS from Wisconsin who came from GEHRKE of Germany, HANSEN and RASMUSSEN from Denmark.
