Townsend Roe JONES, Company B, 43rd Ohio Infantry, and served for more than three years.
James PECKHAM, Canada, Springfield, PA, & Antrim County, MI - did not serve in the Civil War. He was in Canada at the time. John W. PINNELL, Bureau County, IL -did not serve in Civil War.
I am still looking for Civil War information on the following persons:
Joseph COBLE (Greenup, IL)(This one didn't serve in the MO unit, but I have the military record of the one who did!) William MAHAN (Taylor Co., IA) William RUSSELL (Michigan)

Roy wrote a letter to Helen from Camp Fremont, Calif. where he was being trained during WWI. Note how he spells Helen and Buhl, Idaho.

- Eliza Jane Coble in 1915 (9 KB)
Elizabeth Jane (Roselle) Coble, wife of Joseph Coble. She crossed the prairie in 1865 with Joseph and her three sons with a wagon and ox team. This shot was taken in 1915. She died in 1916, in Boise, Idaho.
