Eliza Allen...settled in Crawford county, PA...moved on to Wisconsin and Nebraska.MUCH information on extended family. I have information on other
Velvick immigrants also and am anxious to share data. Have
placed only one tiny piece on line here.

ZUERLEIN...spelled Zürrlein in German...family arrived in America from Rimpar, Bavaria in 1882 and settled in Nebraska...all Zuerlein's in America are believed to be related. There appears
to be one other line of Zuerlein's who came to America prior to
1882 and resided in Philladelphia...would love to make contact
with descendants of that branch also.

Known children: Elisha, Kellogg, Myrtillo, William, Louisa, Emily, Julia, Alonzo, Rhoda......Much of the family migrated to Wayne Co, Iowa in 1848, some to MO, some to TX. Truman is a descendant of Deacon Stephen
Hart, but just to much to put on line. Please contact.

WERTZ...Charles Wertz, b. 1826 in Bedord county, PA, moved to Tazewell county, Illinois. Son John Wertz married Carrie Estelle Munk in Lancaster County, NE where they resided until their deaths.

PLEASE NOTE****I have chosen to put but a small portion of each
families information on line. The reason for this is that I am
hoping folks will contact me to share data. I have documentation
and so forth, (and sometimes even photos!) to share that just
can't be done if folks don't make the contact. So, if you think
you might be a member of one of these families...please contact
me.
